Spring Cake Roll Shredded Potatoes

Pour oil on 4 pieces of dumpling wrappers (you can use bought dumpling wrappers or make them yourself, I use the dough made by myself)

Apply oil evenly on the other 4 covers

The oily side is up, the top one is oily down

Roll out into thin slices, steam on the pot (about 5 minutes after boiling), you can see bubbles on the top, be sure to uncover while the pot is hot

Potatoes, carrots, peppers, ready

Shred carrots and potatoes, and thinly slice peppers (wash potato shreds to remove starch)

Heat oil in a pan, pour potatoes, carrots, green peppers and stir fry
