Spring Onion Jelly

Cut the jelly into cubes.

Cut the shallots into sections.
3.
Put oil in a pot to heat, add jelly and fry.
4.
Fry until everything is transparent, add soy sauce, salt, and light soy sauce.
5.
Stir fry slightly and add green onions.
6.
Put the green onions in the chicken essence and turn off the heat.
7.
Drizzle the tahini sauce.
