Spring Porridge for Nourishing Liver and Moisturizing Dryness ~ Chicken and Vegetable Porridge

Rice with appropriate amount of water, half a spoon of edible alkali

Blanch the carrots for later use

Tips:
When the white rice porridge is cooked, a little bit of edible alkali can increase the aroma of the porridge and make the vegetables in the porridge not easy to change color.
