Spring Roll Wrapper

Add a teaspoon of salt to the flour and mix it with water to form a flocculent.

Make a dough of moderate hardness and cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Take out and knead into long strips.

Divide into small portions.

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a round cake.

Put a piece of dough in turn, brush it evenly with corn oil, and be sure to brush it evenly so that it can tear apart.

Repeat this until everything is done.

Use a rolling pin to roll into a pancake shape and try to make it thinner so that it will be transparent when steamed.
9.
Put it in a boiling water pot and steam for 20 minutes.

Tear layer by layer out of the pan.

Super thin.
