Spring Rolls

Chop the pork belly and add chopped green onion and ginger.

Cut some shredded lotus root and put in shredded white radish.

Add salt and mix well.

The spring roll wrappers are torn apart one by one and spread out because they are hot when they are bought. They will curl up after taking them home for a long time. If you buy hot spring roll wrappers, you must take them home and tear them apart more beautifully.

Pack in.

Copy in from both sides, wipe some water when rolled to the edge, and dip it.

Pack it and open the stall.

Set up a frying pan, fry the shaped odd-evens about a little bit, and then pick them up. After cooling, put them in the refrigerator and take them out before eating them next time. Then, let them dry and deep-fry them again.

If you make a few of them first, they will be cooked until golden brown after re-frying. You can make a bowl of thick dipping sauce or chili sauce if you like.
