Spring Rolls

Main ingredients: spring roll wrappers, leeks, pork filling

Finely chop leek, chop some green onion and ginger

Add the minced green onion, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, white pepper, edible oil, cooking wine and other seasonings to the pork filling and stir well

Stir well, add chopped leeks, and pour sesame oil on the leeks

Mix well and serve as filling

Take a spring roll wrapper and put some fillings on it

Roll up one side first, and then fold the two sides toward the middle.

Finally roll to the other side to form a long oblate small bag, and seal it with a little water starch

All are packed in turn.

Put oil in the pot and heat to 70% heat, turn to medium heat, put the wrapped spring rolls one by one, and fry the golden brown and remove them.
