Dumpling skins are transformed into spring rolls. The skins are thin and the fillings are thin. It is more hygienic to make it yourself.

Spring Rolls

1. Broken egg, ground celery, powder, ground carrot, salt, pepper, chicken essence

2. Dumpling wrappers stacked up with oil

3. Roll out

4. Steam on the pot for five minutes

5. Tear the dumpling wrapper and open the filling

6. Roll up and fry until golden on both sides
