Yibin sprouts are brown and yellow in color, moist and shiny, with uniform roots, sweet and fragrant, salty and palatable, tender and crisp in texture. Eat a wide range of meat and vegetables, both cold and hot. It is a good condiment for steaming, frying, soup and noodles. In addition to the meat, the sprouts with green beans and pork belly is probably my favorite way. "

Sprouts String Beans

1. The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

2. Slice the garlic, cut the pork belly into small particles, and remove the kidney beans into small pieces.

3. Heat up a pan and pour a small amount of oil to cook the kidney beans until the skin is out of focus, then set aside.

4. Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

5. Add pork belly and stir-fry until golden brown.

6. Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir fry for 10 seconds.

7. Add garlic slices and stir fry for 10 seconds.

8. Add the sprouts and stir fry for 20 seconds.

9. Add the green beans and stir fry for 20 seconds.

10. Pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir fry for 10 seconds to get out of the pot.
