Squeak Box
1.
Mix the bean noodles and starch, add water in a basin and stir evenly. Spread the pancake noodles with ordinary thickness. Heat in an electric baking pan. Put a small amount of oil (to avoid sticking to the pan). Spread all the noodles well.
2.
After it's all cooked, let it cool. Put each two together, cut them into squares, and set aside. The cut off leftovers serve as fillings.
3.
Add two eggs to mince the meat, chop the leftovers (don’t chop too much, otherwise the squeak box will not be crispy), rub the carrots into thick threads, add chopped green onions, ginger, garlic, tempeh, soy sauce Oyster sauce, five-spice powder, edible salt and other seasonings, stir well.
4.
Mix 50 grams of starch and 50 grams of flour, add water to make a paste. Put two slices of squeaky skin on the cutting board, and spread the adjusted paste evenly on the squeaky skin.
5.
Put the reconciled filling on one of the squeaky skins, and then spread a layer of the mixed paste (you can stick the other squeaky skin on the stuffing better).
6.
Place another sheet of dough on the filling and gently press firmly.
7.
If you are afraid that it will be difficult to fry, you can use a knife to cut into long strips and fry them directly in a frying pan. After being fried, cut into small pieces. This is not easy to disperse.
8.
You can also cut them into small pieces before putting them in the frying pan and fry them directly.
9.
Fry the squeak box until golden brown, and then remove it when it becomes crispy.
Tips:
1. In order to look good in color, you can put a small amount of turmeric before spreading out the skin, and the color will be more beautiful after being fried.
2. After being fried, the squeaky box will become soft after cooling, and it will be deep-fried again before the next time.
