Today I used Bawang Supermarket, wild and delicious fresh squid. I heard from the store that this squid is freshly caught and frozen from the island to the table. The taste is really delicious. Today I used this squid to make a squid noodle soup for my family. The taste is very fresh and tastes a lot.

Ingredients

Squid and Egg Noodle Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients used.

2. Wash the squid beans and cut them well.

3. Add oil to the pot and sauté the ginger until fragrant.

4. Fry the beans in the pan until the flavor comes out.

5. Then put the squid in the pot and stir fry to taste.

6. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce salt to taste.

7. Then add boiling water to make a soup base, and then put it out of the pot and set aside.

8. Add water to the pot again, boil the noodles until cooked through.

9. Add the fried eggs to the squid soup.

Tips:

Squid is an easy-to-cook ingredient, so the soup used in the soup base must be boiled, so that it doesn’t take too long to cook, and it won’t make the squid taste too old.
