"Shredded squid" is a common snack food, very common. However, the use of "shredded squid" as a cooking ingredient is still rare. This "Squid Loofah Soup" is made with loofah and shredded squid. Tastes great.

Squid and Loofah Soup

1. Main and auxiliary materials: shredded squid, loofah

2. Chop the squid shreds

3. Wash and peel the loofah

4. Slice the loofah into thin slices

5. Bring water to a boil, add the chopped squid

6. Add loofah slices

7. Bring to a boil and add chopped green onion

8. Add chicken powder and a little salt to taste

9. Bring to a boil to turn off the fire

10. Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl, ready to serve

Tips:

1. Loofah can be sliced into thin slices with a slicer.
2. Loofah should not be cooked for a long time.
