Squid and Mushroom Casserole Congee

Dried squid, dried shiitake mushrooms, boiled water and then watered, shred the dried squid, cut dried shiitake mushrooms into small pieces

Fill the casserole with water and cook the porridge, cook for 15 minutes, add squid, cook for 5 minutes, add shiitake mushrooms, cook for 3 minutes, add shredded ginger and peanut oil (open the lid after the porridge is boiling)

Tips:
Since the porridge needs to be cooked for children, the porridge should be cooked for as long as possible. I need to cook it for 30 minutes.
