Squid Grilled (oven Version)

The squid is cleaned, and the skin and internal organs are removed

Cut into even small pieces

Set aside
4.
Dice millet pepper and onion, set aside
5.
Spread your favorite sauce on the squid, here I use Thai sweet chili sauce

Add salt to taste

Add the diced pepper and onion that have just been chopped
8.
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 210℃ for 30 minutes
Tips:
1. No need to stick to a certain sauce, as long as you like it
2. Chili diced is mainly used for seasoning, you can leave it if you don’t like spicy
3. Squid must be cleaned
