Squid Pork

Wash the fresh squid, cut into pieces, pour some cooking wine and marinate it to remove the fishy.

Pork slices.

Chop dried chili, shred ginger, and cut green garlic into diagonal sections.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add dried chili, shredded ginger and green garlic and sauté.

Pour in the pork and stir fry until the color changes.

Pour the squid and stir fry a few times.

Add salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and simmer for two to three minutes. Fresh squid is very tender and does not need to be cooked for a long time.

Finally, put it on the table. The squid fried in this way is very smooth and tender.
Tips:
1. The squid brought back by my parents is between the young squid and the big squid. It should be cut into pieces and fried.
2. The squid is not stir-fried in oil, it is fried directly in the meat, so it is very smooth and tender. If you like to eat more vigorously, you can drain the marinated squid and burst it with oil.
3. If you like spicy food, you can use millet pepper or add more peppers.
