Tips:
1. Be sure to remove the dark film on the surface of the squid ring you bought, and then put it in boiling water for blanching. The time is not too long, just a little curling is enough;
2. Add hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger garlic, salt, etc. to the squid rings to make it more flavorful;
3. When frying squid rings, heat the iron plate at the same time. The iron plate must be hot. Spread some shredded onions on the hot iron plate to make it more fragrant;
4. Stir-fry the shredded onion first, add green and red peppers, stir fry, add a little salt to taste, and finally put in the squid rings, because the squid rings are easy to cook and have been blanched in advance, so pay attention to the time of frying. It will be out of the pot in a while.
