I have been eating squid porridge outside. It is delicious. So I want to try it myself. Congee cooking is simple and convenient, nutritious and delicious.

Squid Seafood Porridge

1. Soak the rice in advance. (At least one hour)

2. The dried squid needs to be grilled for the aroma of the squid to come out (consider grilling in a microwave oven, my microwave oven is broken, so I use this to grill it. Baking with natural gas seems to be poisonous)

3. Material preparation: The dried squid is grilled and shredded. Soak dried shrimp (Xiaokaiyang) in water in advance.
Cut the ginger into shreds, the garlic does not need to be chopped, just pat it with a knife. Celery cut and set

4. The rice is first boiled with water, and after boiling, pour the squid, dried shrimps and the water for soaking the dried shrimps together (the water for soaking dried shrimps can increase the freshness of the rice porridge). Put ginger and garlic in too, add some salt

5. Add the dried celery when the water is almost dry. Put the celery leaves in two minutes to turn off the heat.
