Squirrel Fish

Separate the sea bass, remove the bones, change the fish to a knife, add cooking wine, ginger, and green onions to marinate the fish, add pepper, salt and mix well to taste.

Add salt to the water and pour the green peas into blanching water.

Mix flour and starch evenly, coat the marinated fish, fish heads, and fry them in a frying pan.

Put tomato sauce in the pot, add appropriate amount of sugar, salt, starch to thicken, red vinegar for toning, sprinkle green beans and mix well.

After the fish is placed on the plate, drizzle the sauce.
