Steak Ribs and Radish Soup

Ingredients: radish, short ribs (blanched), cinnamon, aniseed

Wash the radishes.

Put it on the chopping board and cut it.

Afterwards, put the cut radish into the pressure cooker and join the blanched steak ribs.

Then, put the cinnamon and aniseed, add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add some water.

Then, close the lid and cook for 15 minutes on a medium-to-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Season to mix well, and it's ok.
