Steak Ribs Pot

Sweet potatoes, onions, green peppers, red peppers, cut into pieces, add appropriate amount of salt and minced black pepper

Pour oil in a pan and put a few garlic bulbs until fragrant (pour more oil than usual for cooking)

Put it in the pot and stir fry

Slice shiitake mushrooms and spread evenly on one layer

Put the steak ribs (if you like it softer, put it in the pressure cooker for ten minutes, if you don’t like it too soft, put it in the pan directly) drizzle with sauce, cover the pot and simmer. Mushrooms will usually be watered without adding water. The ingredients are simmered. Just be careful not to paste the pot when it is cooked.

Put the butter in the pot to melt (the butter is more fragrant when making a sauce, there is no other oil to replace)

Chop half an onion, peel and chop one tomato, and stir-fry in a pot

Add minced black pepper (add more if you like), salt, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to taste. Add appropriate amount of water to boil until soft, add some water starch to thicken the sauce.
