Steak Ribs Vermicelli Soup

Ingredients: short ribs (washed and blanched), vermicelli, cinnamon, aniseed, curry cubes

Put the blanched steak ribs into the pressure cooker.

Put cinnamon and aniseed, add some water.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Then, close the lid and cook for 40 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, put the vermicelli in, put the curry cubes and turn to boil.
