Steamed Abalone

Peel off the abalone meat from the shell, cut off the mouth with scissors, and then brush the whole body with a toothbrush until it is clean

Washed abalone with cross knife

Put it into a bowl, add cooking wine and ginger and marinate for ten minutes

Remove the ginger from the abalone and put it in the washed abalone shell

Put water in the steamer, add the abalone and steam for ten minutes

In another pot, stir the minced garlic to fragrant
7.
Put the sauteed garlic on the steamed abalone
8.
Pour the steamed fish with black bean sauce
9.
Just sprinkle in chopped green onion
Tips:
1. I didn’t add any extra salt to the whole dish, just season it with steamed fish and black soy.
2. If you like spicy food, add some chopped pepper and steam it together
