Cut the ginger and garlic into puree, cut the chili into circles, and cut the green onion into shreds;

Take a large bowl, add abalone, ginger, shallot, garlic and Zhitian pepper;

Mix well with a little steamed fish soy sauce and oil, and marinate for 30 minutes;

Place the abalone shell on the plate;

Put the marinated abalone meat back into the abalone shell one by one;

Use a spoon to pour the juice and residue of the marinated abalone on each abalone;

Boil water in a pot, add the abalone after the water is boiled, and steam over water for 20 minutes;
9.
After it is steamed, lift it out and sprinkle with shredded green onions.
Tips:
1. Don't eat spicy food, don't put it when referring to Tianjiao;
2. If you like soft glutinous spots, you can steam it for a while.
