Steamed Abalone with Garlic Vermicelli
1.
Wash the Baozai knife and put a little rice wine, soak the vermicelli in hot water to soften.
2.
Put the soaked vermicelli into a deep plate or bowl, and place abalone on top.
3.
Sprinkle the pesto, sea salt, and pepper evenly on the top.
4.
After the steamer boiled, put it in the pot and steam it on high heat. I steamed it for four minutes.
5.
Take out the steamed vegetables, pour in the steamed fish soy sauce, add oil to the hot pot and pour it on top.
Tips:
It's delicious...Be careful not to over-steam the fire. You can control the time according to the size of the abalone. If the fans like to eat soft, they should cook a little. Don't cook it too badly or it will produce too much soup.
