Steamed Abalone with Soy Sauce King
1.
Buy fresh abalone from the market, let the stall owner help clean up the abalone's internal organs, take it home and brush the abalone with a toothbrush, and drain the water for later use. Place the abalone on the plate.
2.
Shred the ginger, chop the chives, chop the chili, and chop the coriander.
3.
Top the abalone with shredded ginger and chilli.
4.
Bring in the abalone on high heat and steam for 8-9 minutes.
5.
Top the steamed abalone with chopped green onion and chopped coriander.
6.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat it up on a low heat, and carefully pour the hot oil on the abalone.
7.
Pour in Maggi soy sauce to taste.
8.
It's ready to be eaten, one bite at a time, soft and glutinous, very delicious.
Tips:
The steaming time depends on the size of the abalone. I bought the medium size and steamed for 8-9 minutes.
