Steamed abalone with delicious vermicelli, baby loves it. After seeing what Susu did, I also came to learn. But some ingredients are not available, I used other alternatives.

Steamed Abalone with Vermicelli

1. Soak the vermicelli in warm water in advance, scoop it up and put it on a plate for later use

2. Wash the abalone and remove the internal organs

3. Cut flowers with a knife

4. Spread the abalone

5. Mix the seasoning

6. Spread the prepared sauce on the abalone and vermicelli

7. Boil water in the pot and put the prepared abalone

8. Steam for about 8 minutes

9. Heat oil in the pot and pour the garlic. Because children eat too. So I didn’t fry the peppers together

10. Put chopped green onion and chili, and drizzle with the oil. Ready to eat

Tips:

If you like spicy, put the chili in the garlic when you fry the garlic. It will have a spicy taste
