Steamed African Fish

Prepare an African fish, remove the internal organs and wash it.

Make a few strokes on the body of the African fish, both sides.

Finely chop old ginger and garlic

Put the cut old ginger and garlic into the fish belly, add some cooking wine, and evenly wipe it into the fish belly, add salt, and evenly wipe it into the fish belly.

Add pepper oil, soy sauce, Chubang chicken powder, cooking wine, white vinegar to a small bowl of ginger, garlic and shallots

Put the steamed fish out and set aside

Just pour the fried ingredients on the fish.
