Steamed Alfalfa

Wash the alfalfa and control the moisture

Take a pot and put in alfalfa, add some oil and mix it

Add orange powder (flour is fine too) and mix it
4.
Put the pot on the fire, add a proper amount of water, and steam for three minutes after the high heat is boiled

Take a bowl, add garlic, salt, monosodium glutamate, chili and scallion oil, mix well and set aside

Spread the steamed alfalfa and eat it with the sauce
