Steamed Amaranth

1. Wash the amaranth and control the water slightly.

2. Pour a little oil, stir evenly, and mix with an appropriate amount of flour.

3. The flour must be mixed evenly so that each vegetable is covered with a thin layer of flour.

4. Into the steamer.

5. After steaming for 5 minutes, use chopsticks to scatter.

6. Keep steaming for three minutes.
