Steamed Baby Abalone

Cut the baby abalones and take out the contents and wash them. If you don’t, you can ask the seller to clean it up for you

Cut into a cross knife for easy steaming

Put two pieces of ginger on top of the abalone, put it in a steaming pot that has already boiled, and cover the pot and steam for four minutes

When steaming, start to prepare shredded shallot

Burn a little oil in the pot

Put shredded green onions on top of the steamed abalone, and garnish with a few peppers. Then pour the hot oil on it. Finally, pour some steamed fish soy sauce. Ready to serve
Tips:
The fire should be large, and the steamer should be filled with more water, so that the steam is sufficient, and the lid must be tightly closed.
