Steamed Baby Cabbage Rolls

Wash and chop shiitake mushrooms, add chopped green onion, ginger and shiitake mushrooms to the meat filling

Wash the baby cabbage and blanch it in water, remove it and let it cool before draining it. You don't need to blanch it for too long, it just becomes soft, because it will be steamed in a while.

Tips:
I used two baby vegetables, both of which are slightly larger leaves, so that there are more empanadas and relatively better rolls.
