Steamed Baby Vegetables with Garlic Vermicelli

Soak the vermicelli in warm water first.

Wash baby cabbage and cut one into 6 pieces. Cut the baby cabbage into 4 pieces.

Chop garlic into minced garlic and chop chives. The thick soup treasure I use is in the flavor of pork bone soup.

The soaked vermicelli is loaded into the bottom of the plate.

Spread baby cabbage on top of the vermicelli.

The minced garlic should be put in cold oil to explode its fragrance.

Tips:
The steaming time can be determined according to the size of the baby cabbage until it is steamed. If the fans are not soak-free, soak them softly in advance.
