The healthy and delicious steamed vegetables are very popular, especially in the hot summer. The preparation is very simple, and a very homemade steamed dish tastes superb.

Steamed Baby Vegetables with Garlic Vermicelli

1. Soak the vermicelli in warm water first.

2. Wash baby cabbage and cut one into 6 pieces. Cut the baby cabbage into 4 pieces.

3. Chop garlic into minced garlic and chop chives. The thick soup treasure I use is in the flavor of pork bone soup.

4. The soaked vermicelli is loaded into the bottom of the plate.

5. Spread baby cabbage on top of the vermicelli.

6. The minced garlic should be put in cold oil to explode its fragrance.

7. Scoop a spoonful of chopped pepper.

8. Add an appropriate amount of water, add a teaspoon of sugar, a spoon of light soy sauce, an appropriate amount of salt, and a broth to bring the soup to a boil.

9. Pour the soup on the baby dish.

10. Put on the steamer and steam for ten minutes after the water boils.

11. Just steam it and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Tips:

The steaming time can be determined according to the size of the baby cabbage until it is steamed. If the fans are not soak-free, soak them softly in advance.
