Steamed Baby Vegetables with Minced Pork Vermicelli

Cut the tenderloin into finely pieces, add appropriate amount of water, starch, oil and salt, mix well and marinate for about 20 minutes.

When marinating the meat, prepare something else. Remove the old leaves from a baby cabbage and cut into 8 portions with the roots connected. Rinse with clean water and drain the water.

The vermicelli is soaked in warm water in advance, and then spread on the bottom of the Xuechu 9-inch baking pan.

Then spread the cut and washed baby cabbage on top of the vermicelli, and the two baby cabbages are just right.

Put the oil in the wok, add the minced green onion and ginger after it is heated, and stir fry until it becomes white.

Add light soy sauce, five-spice powder, oyster sauce and salt to taste,

Pour the minced meat and the soup on top of the baby cabbage.

Put it in a Midea steamer and steam for about 25 minutes until the baby vegetables are soft.

After steaming, take it out and sprinkle the top with coriander to garnish it, and you can eat it beautifully.
Tips:
1. After frying the minced meat, steam it to taste better.
2. Add water starch when marinating the meat, the meat will taste smooth and tender, and will not grow old after being steamed for a long time.
