Steamed Baby Vegetables with Sea Rice Vermicelli

Soak the vermicelli and sea rice in water in advance

Prepare a baby vegetable and a head of garlic

Cut the baby cabbage in half and then in half, wash and control water. Garlic chopped into puree

Put an appropriate amount of oil and salt in the water to boil, boil the baby cabbage until 5 is mature, and then take it out to control the water

Put the soaked vermicelli on the bottom of the plate and place the baby dishes on top of the vermicelli.

Tips:
1. Both vermicelli and sea rice need to be soaked in advance to prevent the finished product from being too hard;
2. The heat should not be too high when stir-fried garlic, otherwise the garlic will have a bitter taste when it is burnt, which will affect the taste of the whole dish.
