Steamed Bacon with Spring Bamboo Shoots
1.
Spring bamboo shoots and blanch them in the water
2.
Sliced
3.
Wash and slice pork belly
4.
If the bacon tastes too salty, soak it in warm water for a while
5.
Take a shallow dish, put a layer of bamboo shoots and then a layer of bacon
6.
Add another layer of bamboo shoots and a layer of bacon slices until the ingredients are finished
7.
Add some water, chicken juice, and cooking wine to the pot and bring to a boil
8.
Pour the juice on the bamboo shoots
9.
When I cook the rice, I put it on the steaming rack and steam it together. I start the cooking program. If I steam it directly, it will take about 20 minutes.
10.
When the time is up, just sprinkle the chopped green onion, or use some hot oil to saute the chopped green onion
Tips:
The taste of bacon determines the taste of the whole dish. If the bacon is too salty, you can soak it in warm water for a while to become lighter, or add less bacon
