Ingredients

Steamed Bastard

1. Prepare the materials (one less duck egg)

2. Preserved eggs shelled

3. Cut into small pieces

4. Mold oiling

5. Put the preserved eggs in order (pictured)

6. Then put in the ham

7. Egg white and yolk separation

8. Add egg whites

9. Steam on the pot until the egg whites are set

10. Then pour in the egg yolk

11. Cover with plastic wrap and steam until cooked

12. Cut into thin slices after demoulding
