Steamed Bean Curd with Bacon

The bacon is soaked in clean water for 1 hour and then washed with hot water. Prepare thick louvers

Prepare rice wine and ginger slices

Put the bacon in a pot under cold water, add ginger slices and rice wine, cover and boil, remove and wash

Cut the bacon into thin slices, and cut the thick louver into shreds

Add a layer of bacon to the bottom of the plate

Then add the venetian silk

Add bacon slices on top

Cover the pot on cold water and steam for 25 minutes. When time is up, open the lid and sprinkle the chopped green onion on it.
Tips:
1. Different bacons are different in saltiness. The soaking time should be based on the salty taste of their own bacon. Don't soak for too long, so as not to lose the original flavor.
2. Cut the bacon slices thinly and evenly.
