Steamed Beef with Spring Amomum

Beef thinly sliced

The spring Amomum villosum is crushed, and the red dates are pitted and cut into small pieces.

Put the spring amomum and red dates in the beef, add oil, salt, cornstarch, cooking wine, and soy sauce to stir and marinate for ten minutes.

Put it in a steamer, steam for about 4 minutes and take it out.
