Steamed Bread

There was not enough yeast in the self-raising powder, so I added 3g more.

Slowly add a bowl of water, stir well, and knead into a dough.

Put the dough in the iron basin, put the iron basin in the big basin, let the hot water in the big basin, wake up for about four hours.

Put cold water in the pot and put the steamed buns in the steamer. Turn off the heat for one minute and let it stand for ten minutes. Then turn the fire to a boil, turn to medium heat and steam for 20 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let it stand for two minutes before opening the lid. The steaming buns are delicious.
