Steamed buns are the main food for people in the wheat-producing regions of northern my country, and they are also very popular in the south. In the north, those without stuffing are called steamed buns or steamed buns, and those with stuffing are called buns, while in the south, the opposite is true. The flour is fermented to make steamed bread, which is easier to digest and absorb.

Ingredients

Steamed Bread

1. Add proper amount of warm water to the flour

2. Add flour and make a smooth dough, cover and wait for fermentation

3. Fermented dough (fermented for 10 hours)

4. Prepare 10 grams of soda ash

5. Warm water to alkali water

6. Put the alkaline water into the fermented dough and knead it by hand

7. Place the dough on the panel

8. Rub the long bar into a squeeze of the right size

9. Knead into a bun

10. Place in the pot, cover and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and steam for 5 minutes

11. All right.

Tips:

The amount of soda ash should be moderate.
