Steamed Bread

Add proper amount of warm water to the flour

Add flour and make a smooth dough, cover and wait for fermentation

Fermented dough (fermented for 10 hours)

Prepare 10 grams of soda ash

Warm water to alkali water

Put the alkaline water into the fermented dough and knead it by hand
