Steamed Bun Omelette

First cut the steamed bun into smaller pieces, not too big, at least less than 1 cm square

You can use any pan, I use a six-connected pan, brushed with oil

Put in the mixed steamed bun liquid, it is nearly 1 cm thick, exactly 4 pieces, and I fried some sausages

Grasp the texture. If you like to eat the crispy ones, fry them until the fire is high and the time is slightly longer. If not, turn them over in time. I like to eat the crispy bottoms and fry them until you like them.

Flip the noodles and fry them for about 3 minutes, don’t be crispy on both sides, it looks good and delicious
Tips:
An ordinary steamed bun is just right with two large eggs. Grasp the texture by yourself. If you like to eat it, you can fry it until the fire is bigger and the time is a little longer. You can turn it over at any time. Otherwise, turn it over in time. I like to eat it. The bottom one is fried until you like it.
It can be operated with any pan, if you like to eat it, put more oil.
