Steamed Buns with Chives, Sweet Potato Powder and Eggs

In fact, the baking powder we buy outside is very useful, like the way of using salt. It’s not like the old grandma’s own baking powder that will grow sour after a long time. Don’t worry about time.

Tune the bun filling 1 soak the sweet potato flour until the sweet potato flour is soft.

Tune bun stuffing 2 Wash and chop the leeks. My leeks are grown by myself.

Tune the bun stuffing with 4 crushed peanuts. I think adding peanuts will make it more fragrant, so I added it. If you don’t like it, you can leave it alone.

When the dough is ready, you can knead the dough first and then roll out the bun wrapper.

The buns are not pleated and can be directly wrapped into triangles. Haha, mine is the most traditional.

After wrapping, you can put it in the steamer and start steaming for about half an hour. It should be fine and ready to eat😄.
Tips:
Don’t make the noodles too hard. A little softer will taste better😋.
The baking time is different in winter and summer. The temperature is higher and the baking time will be faster.
