Steamed Buns with Dried Plums and Vegetables

Melt the yeast in warm water, pour it into the flour several times and stir evenly with chopsticks, knead it into a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and ferment to double its size in a warm place.

Make meat filling while it's baking time! Wash the pork belly, peel and cut into small cubes, and separate some of the fat pork

Put salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine and barbecue ingredients in the meat and stir well

Rinse the dried plums and chop them

Pick up the frying pan, put the diced fat and fry it dry

Put the dried plums and stir fry evenly, and put on a plate

Steam the fried dried plums in a steamer for 20 minutes

Put the steamed dried plums in the meat and stir well, and the dried plums and vegetables will be ready.

Prepare them one by one and let the steamed dumplings stand for 30 minutes. Boil water in a steamer, put the steamed buns on high heat and steam for 16 minutes, simmer for 5 minutes, then it will be out of the pot
Tips:
If you are afraid of being greasy, the fried oil residue can be removed and discarded.
