Steamed Buns with Mushroom Meat Sauce

For the mushroom meat sauce prepared in advance, please refer to the recipe of the mushroom meat sauce.

Add yeast powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt to the flour.

Add a small amount of water several times and stir to form a noodle.

Knead it into a smooth dough and cover it for proofing.

Proof until the dough is twice as large and honeycomb-shaped. Sprinkle with a little flour and knead it.

Divide the dough into evenly-sized noodles.

Roll out into a thin dough on the thick side in the middle.

Scoop into shiitake mushroom meat sauce and wrap it tightly.

Put the wrapped buns on the steamer and let stand for 15 minutes.

Add a water pot to the pot and steam for 20 minutes and turn off the heat. After turning off the heat, wait for two to three minutes before uncovering.

Finished product.
