**Steamed cakes really don’t get hot, and a slogan that children can recite! I happened to try out a certain brand of original stove, so I made a steamed cake to try its steam function! The raw gas steam is used, which is especially easy to use! It's much more convenient than traditional steaming pots. Don't worry about the water drying up, and don't worry about too much water dripping on the surface of the food!

Steamed Cake

1. 2 eggs divided into yolk and egg white

2. Stir the egg yolks and add the malt syrup, I added corn syrup and continue to mix well and set aside

3. Add some white vinegar, salt and one-third of white sugar to the egg whites

4. Beat at medium speed until foaming, add the remaining sugar in portions, beat slowly until soft and foamy, the sugar is completely melted

5. Add egg yolk syrup, beat slowly until it is even, then add sieved low powder

6. I also added some lemon shavings and used a spatula to cut and mix until the batter was smooth and no particles

7. Put the batter into the small mold cup to be ten percent full, tap lightly, and stir to remove the air bubbles on the surface

8. The salted cherry blossoms are soaked in water in advance, and the cherry blossoms are carefully placed

9. Remove the water tank from the original stove and fill it with pure water

11. Place the mold on the baking tray, put it in the lower layer of the oven, rotate the rotary button, and press the decision button. Then use the knob to time for 20 minutes. Press the start button

12. Take it out after steaming

Tips:

Because there is no oil, milk and baking, the fishy smell of eggs is a bit strong, so it is recommended to add some vanilla seeds, vanilla extract or lemon shavings to enhance the fragrance!
