Steamed Cake

Pour the water/milk into a pot and heat it (just make small bubbles), pour in the oil, mix well, sift in low-gluten flour, add egg yolk and mix until there are no particles.

Add salt and powder to the egg whites and beat to 80% or 90%. At the same time, the steamer sits on the stove.

Stir 1/3 of the egg white into the batter and mix well, then pour in the remaining egg white and mix well. Pour into a container and shake out bubbles. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the pot.

Steam on medium heat for 15 minutes, then steam on low heat for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before removing the lid. Tear off the plastic wrap and serve immediately.
