Add some white vinegar, salt and one-third of white sugar to the egg whites

Beat at medium speed until foaming, add the remaining sugar in portions, beat slowly until soft and foamy, the sugar is completely melted

Add egg yolk syrup, beat slowly until it is even, then add sieved low powder

Use a spatula to cut and mix until the batter is smooth and no particles

Put the batter into the small mold cup to be ten percent full, tap lightly, stir to remove the surface bubbles, and carefully put the cherry blossoms (soak the salted cherry blossoms in water in advance)

Place the mold on the baking tray, put it in the lower layer of the oven, rotate the rotary button, and press the decision button. Then use the knob to time for 20 minutes. Press the start button

Take it out after steaming
Tips:
Because there is no oil, milk and baking, the fishy smell of eggs is a bit strong, so it is recommended to add some vanilla seeds, vanilla extract or lemon shavings to enhance the fragrance!
