Steamed Cake with Sesame Sauce

Mix flour and yeast, slowly pour in warm water, and stir with chopsticks while pouring into a flocculent shape.

Knead the dough until the surface is smooth, cover it with a lid or plastic wrap, and leave it in a warm place to ferment to double its size.

Dip your index finger with flour, poke a hole in the middle, the hole does not collapse or shrink, and you can see that the inside of the dough has become a honeycomb shape in the middle of the dough, and it is fermented.

Exhaust the fermented dough and roll out a rectangular dough sheet.

Brush a layer of cooking oil on the surface of the dough, sprinkle some salt, and spread a layer of white sesame paste.

Cut 4 knives on one third of each side of the dough. The length of each cut is one-third of the length of the dough.

Fold left and right to the middle to form a square.

Fold on the next grid and fold them one by one to complete.

After folding, use a rolling pin to gently roll into a flatbread. Roll the two sides, do not press hard.
