Steamed California Sea Bass with Spicy Chopped Pepper
1.
After washing the purchased California sea bass, use a little salt to taste, ginger slices and shredded green onions to fill the belly and body of the fish, and marinate for ten minutes.
2.
Boil water in a steamer, and pour three spoons of steamed fish soy sauce on the California sea bass.
3.
Top with a spoonful of homemade chopped pepper. Those who don't have chili peppers or don't like spicy food can omit this step. Mainly because I am addicted to spiciness, and I especially like the unique spiciness of chopped pepper. After the steamer water boils, put the California sea bass in the pot and steam for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, turn off the heat, take it out in no hurry, and continue to simmer for another three minutes.
4.
Heat another wok and pour a spoonful of salad oil to heat. After taking out the California sea bass, pick out the ginger slices and shredded green onions, sprinkle some fresh green onions on the California sea bass, and pour the hot oil on the fish.
