Steamed Carrot Balls

Peel and brush white radish, add tongue amount of salt and marinate for 15 minutes.

Use both hands to squeeze the water in the radish, add wood powder, flour, chicken essence, dried shrimp, scallops, ginger, green onion, pepper, and oil and stir to make a ball.
