Steamed Carrot Balls

1. Peel and brush white radish, add tongue amount of salt and marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Use both hands to squeeze the water in the radish, add wood powder, flour, chicken essence, dried shrimp, scallops, ginger, green onion, pepper, and oil and stir to make a ball.

3. After the steamer boiled, steam the radish balls for 15 minutes.

4. When the time is up, take it out and serve directly on the table, or sprinkle with chopped green onion or coriander, everyone loves.
