Steamed Carrot Balls

Prepare white radish carrot seaweed and egg starch

Wash the white radish and carrots and fork into thin strips of seaweed and cut into silk with scissors

Salt the radish to squeeze out the moisture

Beat the eggs, add shredded radish and shredded seaweed, mix well
5.
Add two more spoons of starch and mix well
6.
Make a circle with your hands
7.
Steam on a drawer for 5 minutes
8.
Place the coriander leaves and tomato sauce on the pan
